Service Description
Experience professional full-game coverage for your team, including arrival, warmups, and live action sequences. A comprehensive online gallery of edited photos is provided for every family to enjoy. Service covers up to 12 players, with a $20 fee for each additional player.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Deposits A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your date. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your game or event. Consultations are free. Cancellations Cancel 48+ hours before your booking and your deposit can be applied to a new date within 6 months. Cancellations under 48 hours forfeit the deposit. Weather & Rainouts If your game is canceled or postponed due to weather or the league’s decision, there’s no penalty. We’ll reschedule at no charge. If a reschedule isn’t possible within the season, your deposit will be refunded. Game Changes Please notify me as soon as possible if your game time or location changes. Time changes are honored based on my availability. Delivery Edited photos are delivered to an online gallery within 3 days. Galleries stay active for 180 days. Photo Use & Venue Rules Some venues limit photographer access. I’ll work within venue and league rules, which may affect angles or coverage. Shot By The GOAT may use select images for marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
